This agreement for childcare services is between Demetria Hill (Provider) and
(Parent/Legal Guardian). This contract for the enrollment of
(Child). Secured by
(Parent/Guardian), To place their child into Labourers for Jesus Excellent Childcare for the purpose of securing an arrangement for child care services.
BUSINESS HOURS OF OPERATION:
I will provide child care eight hours a day during your contracted working hours. However, Labourers for Jesus Excellent Early Learning Childcare hours of operation are from 6 a.m through 5:30 p.m. Our program is open year-round, except for holidays, vacation days, personal days, and sick days; these days are listed in the contract and in the policy handbook. Please note that our program will not be providing child care services if a contagious illness or any state emergency pandemic takes place in the child care. We can provide childcare services eight hours a day or during your contract working hours. With that being said, additional hours that are outside of your contract hours are considered before care, after care, or an emergency drop-in care. In the morning I can be flexible with arrival drop-offs anytime between the hours of 6 a.m and 9 a.m. Labourers for Jesus Excellent Early Learning Childcare will not be accepting children after 9 a.m. In contrast to this morning's flexibility, closing time is firm. Please note there is an extra fee of $5 per minute for children dropped off earlier than their contract arrival time or children picked-up later than their contract pick-up time. PLEASE BE ON TIME DAILY!

THE BASIC TUITION FEE WILL BE
- YOU WILL BE CHARGED A ONE TIME REGISTRATION FEE OF $75.00.
ALL TUITION FEES ARE MADE ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE ON WHATEVER DAY OF THE WEEK THE CLIENT AGREES TO PAY BEFORE CHILD STARTS. IF THE CLIENT IS RECEIVING CHILD CARE SUBSIDY PAYMENTS FROM THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE PARENT/GUARDIAN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL TUITION OF THIS CONTRACT OR IF THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY DOES NOT PAY THE PROVIDER FOR ANY REASON. ALL LATE TUITION WILL BE CHARGED 25.00 AND $5 ADDITIONAL EACH DAY. IN THE SAME MANNER, LATE FEES FOR LATE PICK-UPS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF LATE PICK-UP, OVERTIME WILL BE PAID AT THE RATE OF $ 5 PER MINUTE
THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS DAYS ARE REGULARLY SCHEDULED DAYS OFF:
NEW YEARS EVE & YEARS DAY, MARTIN L.KING’S BIRTHDAY, MEMORIAL DAY, PRESIDENT’S DAY, THANKSGIVING, JULY 4TH, MAY 20TH, NOVEMBER 2ND, (GOOD FRIDAY & EASTER MONDAY) LABOR DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE & DAY, JUNETEENTH . L.F.J.E.E.LC.C ALSO FOLLOWS THE BALTIMORE CITY SCHOOL CLOSING SNOW DAY POLICY, PAYMENT IS STILL EXPECTED EVEN IF YOUR CHILD IS ABSENT REGULARLY SCHEDULED CHARGES WILL CONTINUE AS AGREED UPON IN PRIOR CONTRACT. PLEASE NOTE IF ANYONE OF THESE HOLIDAYS FALL ON A WEEKEND LABOURERS FOR JESUS EXCELLENT CHILD CARE HAS THE OPTION TO CLOSE THE WEEKDAY BEFORE OR THE WEEKDAY AFTER. THAT HOLIDAYS LISTED IN THE ABOVE PARAGRAPH AS AGREED UPON IN THIS CONTRACT.
PROVIDERS ARE ALLOWED A SCHEDULED PAID 2 WEEK VACATION PER YEAR, THESE SCHEDULED VACATIONS DAYS ARE TAKEN IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST AND THE WEEK SCHOOL IS CLOSED DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS. ADVANCED NOTICE WILL BE PROVIDED THROUGH CONVERSATION, A YEARLY SCHEDULE, AND GROUP TEXT.
IN CASE OF PROVIDER ILLNESS, UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, OR EMERGENCIES, THAT PREVENT PROVISIONS OF CHILDCARE; PLEASE NOTE THAT PROVIDERS ARE ALLOWED 5 PAID SICK DAYS , 5 PAID PERSONAL DAYS, 4 WELLNESS DAYS AND 2 PAID BEREAVEMENT DAYS NOTIFICATION WILL BE GIVEN TO THE PARENTS/GUARDIANS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, CLIENTS INDICATE THAT THEY HAVE READ THE PROVIDERS POLICIES AND HANDBOOK AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOW TERMS. THE PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO HER POLICIES AND WILL GIVE THE CLIENT A COPY OF THE REVISED POLICY ONE WEEK BEFORE THEY GO INTO EFFECT.
